It feels elevated yet welcoming from the moment you walk in. Rachel was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I sat down, she made me feel relaxed and taken care of. The scalp massage alone was next-level, easily one of the best I’ve ever had, and set the tone for the entire experience. She’s attentive, skilled, and clearly takes pride in her work. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and already planning my next appointment. Highly recommend asking for Rachel if you’re booking.

I got my brows waxed, tinted, and laminated today with Rachel. I'm very happy with the results! She took her time to get it just right, and even gave me the most relaxing scalp massage. The vibe in the building is fun, and the sparkling water dispenser is an added bonus! I've gotten a couple blow outs by Tatum, and she does an excellent job as well! Keep up the good work!

I booked the head spa service with Paula. She was absolutely outstanding! This service was so relaxing and refreshing plus it was perfect for treating my dry & flaky scalp. I'm a woman of color and she handled my natural hair with so much care. I also booked a blow out and she did such a wonderful job with that also! Head spa and blow out with Paula will be part of my self care routine from now on!

I had such an amazing experience here! Paula completely transformed my hair, she really took the time to understand what I wanted and did an incredible job. Rachel also gave me the most relaxing hand massage while I was there, which made the whole experience feel extra special. Everyone was so welcoming and easy to talk to, and they even gave me a tour of the space. I loved seeing that they have pedicure stations and use natural products for hair and nails. They also offer facials, which I’m excited to try next time. I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

You’ve got to check out Head Case! They’re new to the Rivermarket. Josh is so talented and helped me figure out a color and style that works for me and my hair after so many years of ordinary haircuts. He makes it fun too. They’re open on Sundays which I love. I get to relax on a Sunday morning in the styling chair and watch the hustle and bustle of the Rivermarket with a Mimosa in my hand. Spoiled! Please check them out…and my lovely hair, thanks to Josh, in the pics.
